Bernie Michael Glintz LCSW / BCD / FAPA / DSNAP
A reputable figure in my field, I am a Board-Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work by the American Board of Examiners in Clinical Social Work, the American Psychotherapy Association, and the National Association of Social Workers.
I am a trusted organizational and management consultant who has conducted seminars, lectures, and workshops on employee effectiveness for over 30 years. I currently serve as an independent organizational consultant for Minneapolis based Ceridian Lifework Services and Performance Learning in addition to several other Employee Assistance Programs.
Recognized as an expert in his field, I am called upon to present at numerous mental health clinical meetings, plenary sessions, and conferences on a variety of clinical topics. In addition, I train some of the top global companies in the world – including American Express, Pfizer, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Hyatt Hotel Corp, DuPont, SONY, Time Warner, NBC, General Electric, Verizon, AT&T, FedEx, and the NFL Players Association – on workplaces issues related to interpersonal relationships, substance abuse, management/employee relations, harassment, coaching, and work life balance issues.
I am also an avid spokesperson in the field of Adoption Psychology and have appeared on national television several times regarding controversial adoption issues. I have maintained an outpatient psychotherapy private practice for the last 35 years in Forest Hills, New York, and East Meadow, Long Island, and look forward to every opportunity to provide mental health assistance to my community and more.
